	I just bought my first home and closed last Friday. What an exciting feeling. When it came time to sell the house we all grew up in, there were not only physical and financial issues to deal with but a lot of emotional ties, memories, and traditions that came with selling the house that had been in our family for 78 years.Kevin was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. He also gave us great advice along the way.When we had questions, (there were 4 of us he had to deal with3;so there were lots of questions) he always got back to us immediately.We never waited for more than a few hours for an answer.He took care of many little problems so we didn´t have to deal with them. Relocating to CincinnatiWe just bought our first home in the Cincinnati area! Kevin Geraci worked hard to ensure that the whole experience went smoothly.Since we were relocating from Southern California and were starting new jobs within a short time window, Kevin worked with our schedule. Kevin was even willing to meet with us on December 23rd to set up our initial MLS search profile while we were in town visiting family. What a great guy! When we started applying for jobs in the area, Kevin introduced us to Bob Westindorf to set up a loan pre-approval and talk through price ranges and loan options. We just purchased our second home in the Cincinnati area, we met Kevin through the internet. Kevin worked hard for us, although we were in Florida. Everything was done through the internet with finding a home for my mother in law to live in. My wife informed Kevin what we were looking for and the area where we wanted to buy; then he provided all of the information to us. When we visited Cincinnati and met Kevin for the first time, we were impressed with him personally and his knowledge of real estate. Kevin had us pre approved before we arrived and then arranged for us to visit the homes on our list, we did purchase a home that Kevin had sent to us over the internet and that was on our list. Kevin was so great when helping me find my first home that I had to use his services a second time. It’s true what they say, things are much better the second time around.
